The company provides a safe and hygienic working and living environment, ensures all workers receive health and safety training, equips employees with necessary labor protection supplies, conducts full - scale health check - ups and occupational disease screenings, and continuously strengthens the management of employees' personal occupational health monitoring.

Sustainable procurement

The company adheres to a sustainable procurement policy, communicating sustainability - related requirements to suppliers for joint implementation. It does not support or purchase “conflict minerals”, ensuring the legality and compliance of raw material sources.
